Play with Purpose: Engaging activities that teach a lesson and engage learners!

Diane Dick

Speaker, Trainer, and Coach

Everyone is looking for new ways to engage their audiences whether delivering in-person or virtual trainings. I believe that is not only our job to teach or deliver content, but to do it in a way that entertains, engages, and keeps audiences on their toes!

I love creating these type of learning environments! I have over 40 years of integrating “experiential learning” into my trainings.

Experiential learning is more than learning by doing. It is actually, learning by DOING; DISCUSSING; APPLYING. All 3 elements are required to successfully design applicable activities into your training.

Come learn, laugh and connect with us in a fun and engaging session that will promise to be like no other!

You will leave with 5 very simple, easily deliverable activities that teach lessons around concepts like:

  • Valuing perspectives
  • Actions speak louder than words
  • Growth requires stretching yourself
  • Sphere of Influence
  • Leveraging diversity
  • And so many other applications

As a result of this session, you will be able to:

1. Better understand how to engage your audience with experiential learning techniques

2. Integrate 5 new application exercises into your trainings immediately

3. Learn how to deliver, debrief and apply these activities to your trainings

4. Mastermind ways to apply these activities to personalize the experience for your audiences

Come prepared to engage and mastermind how these activities can be integrated into your trainings!

And 3 lucky winners will win a copy of my Play with Purpose Facilitator E-Guide with 27 of my favorite activities that I frequently use in my sessions!
